TERMS & CONDITIONS
A booking fee of $500 is required for weddings or special event.
Dates can’t be confirmed until deposit has been received.
The remaining outstanding balance must be received 7 days before the date of service.
Minimum booking 4 people for any one service.
All bookings on Sundays, public holidays and Early morning call outs incur a 10% surcharge.
For larger Bridal parties or under time restraints. An additional artist maybe required at $200 + travel.
For all cancellations, your booking fee are non-refundable.
If Sarah is forced to cancel a booking, a full refund is paid to the client.
Weddings that are postponed to a later date by the client with more than 90 days notice will retain the deposit as long as Sarah can re-schedule for the new date and time.
Travel & Parking Fees
All location work is subject to $50 minimum call out fee. Anything over half hour is 1.50 per km travel from Whangarei.
Other fees, which may apply are ferry tickets, taxi’s, flights or parking.
If we are required to travel 2 hours or more, an overnight accommodation fee will be charged.
Trials
Sarah recommends having your trial at least 2 months before your wedding date. This gives you time to decide on your chosen style. Trials are held out of Sarah’s home salon in Whau Valley.
Please bring along hair accessories/veil, hair extensions if you require them and any references of hairstyles/makeup looks to try.
Please have your hair washed and blow dried smooth for trial.
Make up trials come with no makeup on.
Photos & Testimonials
On the wedding day Sarah will take a few photos for hair or makeup she creates for social media.
Sarah would love to see some of your professional photos from your photographer if you’d like to email them to her along with a testimonial for her website.
